- Job description and requirements:
- Candidates for the position of the Vice President of the Management Board for Operations should meet the following conditions:
- have higher education or higher education recognized abroad
in the Republic of Poland, on the basis of separate provisions; - have at least 5 years of employment under an employment contract, appointment, election, appointment, cooperative employment contract, or provision of services under another contract or self-employment,
- have at least 3 years of experience in managerial or independent positions or as a result of self-employed business activity,
- have full legal capacity and enjoy full public rights,
- not to violate the restrictions or prohibitions for holding the position of a member of the management body in commercial companies,
- meet other requirements set out in separate regulations, and in particular not violate the restrictions or prohibitions for holding the position of a member of the management body in commercial companies.

- A person who meets at least one of the following conditions may not be a candidate for the position of the Vice President of the Management Board for Operations:
- performs the function of a social associate or is employed in a deputy, senatorial, deputy-senatorial office or an office of a member of the European Parliament on the basis of an employment contract or performs work on the basis of a mandate contract or other contract of a similar nature;
- is part of a political party body representing the political party externally and empowered to incur liabilities;
- is employed by a political party under an employment contract or performs work under a mandate contract or other contract of a similar nature;
- performs an elected function in a company trade union organization or a company trade union organization of a company from a capital group;
- its social or economic activity creates a conflict of interest in relation to the Company's operations.
- Candidate application and selection process
- Written applications of candidates will be accepted at the registered office of the Company in the Secretariat on time until September 19, 2018, from Monday to Friday from 8.00 - 14.00. Applications can be delivered in person or sent by post (by 2 p.m. on the last day of the term, the date is decisive)

Applications sent by post will be considered if they are received by the Company within the time limit specified above. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
- The notification should include:
2.1 curriculum vitae (CV) and cover letter, including, inter alia, correspondence address, contact telephone number and e-mail address,
2.2 originals or certified copies of supporting documents:
a) graduation from higher education in Poland or abroad, recognized in the Republic of Poland, on the basis of separate regulations,
b) at least 5 years of employment under an employment contract,
appointment, selection, appointment, a cooperative employment contract, or the provision of services under another contract or self-employment,
c) at least 3 years of experience in managerial or independent positions or as a result of self-employed business activity,
d) additional skills and qualifications (e.g. references, recommendations, certificates, diplomas, certificates),
2.3 Certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register issued not earlier than 30 days before the date of filing.
Copies of documents may be certified by the candidate. During the interview at the latest, the candidate is required to present to the Supervisory Board the originals or official copies of the documents they have certified, under pain of exclusion.

2.5 candidates born before August 1, 1972 attach a written declaration that they submitted to the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology the lustration declaration referred to in Art. 7 sec. 2 Act of October 18, 2006 on disclosure of information on documents of state security organs from 1944 - 1990 and the content of these documentsor information
on the prior submission of a vetting declaration, pursuant to Art. 7 sec. 3a of this act.
- Statement on:
- the fact that no criminal proceedings have been initiated against the candidate,
- enjoying full public rights,
- having full legal capacity,
- not being subject to any legally prescribed limitations or bans on holding the position of a management board member in commercial companies,
- failure to perform the function of a social associate of a deputy, social associate of a senator, or a social associate of a Member of the European Parliament,
- not working in the offices of deputies, senators, deputies and senators or offices of members of the European Parliament on the basis of an employment contract, contract of mandate or other contract of a similar nature.
- not being a member of the bodies of political parties representing political parties outside and authorized to incur liabilities,
- failure to be employed by political parties on the basis of an employment contract or a declaration that in the event that a candidate is offered the position of a Management Board Member, he will resign from employment or perform the functions referred to above before taking up the position,
- not fulfilling an elected function in a trade union organization,
j) the fact that the candidate's social or economic activity does not generate a conflict of interest with regard to the company's operations,
k) consent to the processing of personal data with the following content:

I declare that I am aware that I can withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data at any time. "
- During the recruitment procedure, the candidate may submit additional documents to the Supervisory Board.
- Candidates' applications that do not meet the requirements specified in the advertisement or submitted after the expiry of the deadline specified in the advertisement will not be considered, and the candidates will not take part in the recruitment procedure. The Supervisory Board stipulates that the candidates are not entitled to appeal against decisions made by the Supervisory Board during the qualification procedure.
- The Supervisory Board will open the reports and verify them in terms of meeting the formal requirements set out in point 2 in day September 21, 2018 at 11.00 a.m.
In the headquarters of the Company. - Interviews with candidates who meet the formal conditions included
in the announcement, will be conducted at the registered office of the Company from September 24, 2018
with the proviso that the candidates meeting the formal requirements will be notified of the exact date and time of the interviews by phone or to the e-mail address provided in the candidate's application. - Failure to appear at the scheduled time and place for the interview shall mean resignation from participation in the further qualification procedure.
- The subject of the interview will be:
- knowledge about the scope of the company's operations and the sector in which the company operates;
- issues related to the management and management of teams of employees;
- principles of operation of commercial companies, with particular emphasis on companies
with the participation of the State Treasury, principles of remuneration in companies with State Treasury shareholding, restrictions on conducting business activity by persons performing public functions and principles of corporate governance; - evaluation of investment projects;
- accounting and finance of the enterprise;
- experience necessary to perform the function of a member of the company's management board.
- In the period from September 7, 2018 to September 19, 2018 on working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 at the registered office of the Company at ul. Miłosławska 13 in Orzechowo, the candidates will be provided with the following documents regarding the Company's operations:
- Statute,
- Organizational rules,
- Regulations of the Management Board,
- Company's financial statements for 2017,
- Management Board's report on the Company's activities for 2017
- The Supervisory Board, after the completion of the recruitment procedure, will notify the candidates participating in the procedure about its results by means of individual letters to the correspondence address indicated by the candidate in the application for the procedure.
- Candidates' applications rejected or left without consideration will be sent back to the Candidates to the correspondence address provided by the Candidate in the application.
- The Supervisory Board reserves the right to end the recruitment procedure at any time, without giving any reason and without selecting candidates. In such a situation, the Supervisory Board will inform the candidates about the completion of the recruitment procedure to the correspondence address indicated by the candidate in the application for the procedure. The documents will be sent back to the Candidates to the correspondence address provided in the application.
