✅ Implementation of purchasing processes in accordance with the Company's policy
✅ Searching for and selecting suppliers and maintaining long-term relationships with them
✅ Conducting commercial negotiations and establishing terms of cooperation
✅ Supplier market monitoring and offer analysis
✅ Placing orders and monitoring deliveries
✅ Managing purchasing documentation and reporting to superiors
✅ Cooperation with other departments of the company in terms of demand for materials and services
✅ Optimizing purchasing costs and finding savings
✅ Deputising in the event of the Department Manager's absence

✅ Secondary or higher education (preferred fields: technical, logistics, management)
✅ Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
✅ Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
✅ Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
✅ Driving license category B
✅ Willingness to travel on business
