Mi\u0142os\u0142awska 13, 62-322 Orzechowo, entered by the District Court Pozna\u0144 Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Pozna\u0144, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000491363 (&quot;Administrator&quot;) is the administrator of personal data provided to it by contractors and other contractors under civil law contracts concluded with her.<\/p>\n<p>The processed personal data include: name, surname, position, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, tax identification number of the contractor or other contractor as well as their employees and personnel designated for contact or performance of the contract (employees \/ contractors \/ subcontractors) ( application to the scope of personal data provided in the concluded civil law contract).<\/p>\n<p>You can contact us by e-mail regarding the protection of your personal data\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:rodo@sklejkaorzechowo.pl\">rodo@sklejkaorzechowo.pl<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or in writing to the address of the Administrator&#039;s seat indicated above.<\/p>\n<p>The legal basis for the processing of personal data provided under civil law contracts is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a), b), c) and f) GDPR, i.e. in order to perform the contract concluded by you with Sklejka Orzechowo SA regarding the sale of goods or the provision of services offered by Sklejka Orzechowo SA, as well as the performance of legal obligations incumbent on Sklejka Orzechowo SA, verification of payment credibility , pursuing claims, handling complaints, direct marketing of products and services covered by the commercial offer of Sklejka Orzechowo SA, including to match the commercial offer and promotional activities to your needs, as well as to create statements, analyzes and statistics, financial settlements, including issuing accounting documents .<\/p>\n<p>Personal data provided in civil law contracts may be made available to authorized employees of the Administrator, members of the Administrator&#039;s bodies, entities providing or maintaining the Administrator&#039;s IT infrastructure, entities and persons providing protection services for the Administrator&#039;s property or persons, entities and persons providing the Administrator with insurance services, legal services, carriers and other entities to which the Administrator, in order to exercise the rights and obligations arising from concluded civil law contracts, entrusted personal data (processors), as well as bodies authorized to receive personal data on the basis of legal provisions.<\/p>\n<p>The administrator will process the entrusted data for the period necessary to perform the contract or until the expiry of mutual claims under the contract with Sklejka Orzechowo SA<\/p>\n<p>The person whose personal data is processed has the right to request access to their personal data, request their rectification, request their removal, requests to limit their processing and the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing. The person whose personal data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body competent for the protection of personal data, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
