Sklejka Orzechowo SA with its registered office in 62-322 Orzechowo at ul. Miłosławska 13

1.    The subject of the offer:

Provision of the service of sprinkling round timber stored at the Ordering Party under the crane flyover, with the use of the Ordering Party's equipment: sprinkler system, water supply pipelines and pumps in the period from April 10, 2022 to September 15, 2022, in accordance with the schedule agreed by the parties that guarantees the continuity of the service. Start and end dates depend on weather conditions.

Under the contract, the contractor is obliged to locate the sprinkling equipment in positions ensuring sprinkling of the entire pile of wood, inspection of the condition of the irrigation system devices and removal of any defects and irregularities within two hours of notification (not applicable to electrical and welding works), successive replenishment of the water level in the tank supplying the entire irrigation system.

2.    Provision of explanations:

3.    The offer should include:

–             lump sum price for the month of providing the service, including all costs related to the provision of the service,

–             a statement that the tenderer has knowledge of the conditions and specifics of spraying roundwood, including the condition of the existing equipment, and that he has the appropriate qualifications and economic potential to perform the contract,

–             declaration of acceptance of the essential provisions of the contract contained in Annex 1

4.    Deadline for submitting offers:

Tenders should be submitted in writing to the secretary's office of Sklejka Orzechowo SA not later than by the date 18 March 2022 time. 15⁰⁰ or sent within this period electronically to the following address: tender@sklejkaorzechowo.pl with an indication in the subject "Sprinkling".

5.    Payment deadline:

30 days from the date of delivery of the invoice, the basis for issuing the invoice will be the confirmation of the provision of services in a given month.

6.    Termination of the procedure:

The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely choose the offer and the right to withdraw or cancel the procedure in whole or in part without giving reasons and the Bidders are not entitled to any claims in this respect.
