1. The subject of the offer:

Works involving painting of rooms, in accordance with the list in Annex 1. The list provides an approximate surface for painting walls and ceilings. The list does not include the painting of balustrades, windows, radiators and floors.

The works include:

1. Scraping off and washing off the old paint,

2. preparation of surfaces for painting with paints,

3. priming substrates with primers,

4. painting interior plaster with emulsion paint,

5. painting the railing with oil paint,

6. painting tubular-fin heaters,

7. painting the windows,

8. liquidation of wall stains,

9. move away of clothing cabinets,

10. painting the floor.

2. The offer should include:

3. the total remuneration of the Contractor, determined on the basis of own measurements made on a site visit in the presence of an employee of Sklejka Orzechowo SA

4. The contractor should have the necessary qualifications as well as the production and economic potential to complete the item.

5. The works referred to in the announcement will be performed based on our own materials and using our own tools.

6. The Contractor is charged with waste management.

7. The contracting authority does not plan to make any advance payments.

8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely choose the offers, and the right to withdraw or cancel the procedure in its entirety without giving reasons, and the Bidders are not entitled to any claims in this respect.

9. The contracting authority informs that it has the status of a large entrepreneur.
