Production Master / Shift Manager

✅ Supervision and implementation of production plans

✅ Organization of work at individual production positions 

✅ Coordination and optimization of work in the production hall

✅ Managing the work of subordinate employees

✅ Monitoring and reporting production execution

✅ Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations.

✅Minimum secondary education

✅ Experience in people management preferred

✅ Computer skills

✅ Teamwork, planning and organization skills

✅ Availability related to the shift work system (III-=shifts)

✅ Work in a company with an established position on the market

✅ Stable employment based on an employment contract
