LEGAL DISCLAIMER
It is not possible to conclude a contract for the provision of services via the Website, which means that advertisements, price lists, catalogs and other information about services posted on the Website should not be treated as an offer, and possibly as an invitation to conclude a contract. The conclusion of a contract may take place as a result of an inquiry addressed to the Owner and after the parties have agreed on the detailed terms and conditions of such a contract - however, the conclusion and terms of such a contract are regulated by separate general terms and conditions for the provision of services by the Owner and may be the subject of individual arrangements between the parties before concluding the contract, for example electronically, by phone or in person at the Owner's office.
All content and articles available on the Website are for informational purposes only. The Owner makes every effort to ensure that the data presented on the Website is up-to-date and consistent with the actual situation.
The administrator of personal data collected and processed in connection with the use of the Website is the Owner. Personal data is processed for the purposes, for the period and based on the grounds and principles indicated in the privacy policy published on the Website. ATELECTRONIC SERVICES
The following electronic service is available on the Website: blog, contact form, career, newsletter and announcements.
1. Blog - an electronic service, an online blog available on the Owner's Website enabling viewing the Administrator's entries regarding its activities.
It is possible to browse the Blog by going to the "Blog" tab visible on the Website. The Blog is available free of charge to all visitors to the Website without the need to provide any data or perform other activities. As part of the blog, the Service Provider publishes articles relating to the topic of the Online Store and Products.
The service user has the opportunity to stop using the Blog at any time and without giving a reason by closing the web browser.
2. Contact form - an electronic service, an interactive form available on the Website, enabling contact with the Administrator.

Using the contact form is possible after (1) going to the "Contact" tab on the Website,
(2) completing the contact form and (3) clicking the "Submit" field - up to this point you can modify the entered data yourself. The contact form requires providing the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, message subject and message content.

The electronic contact form service is provided free of charge and is of a one-time nature and ends when a message is sent via it or when you stop using it.

3. Career - an interactive module through which the Administrator publishes current job offers in his business, i.e. Sklejka Orzechowo Spółka Akcyjna.

Access to the module is possible by (1) going to the "News" tab on the Website and (2) clicking the "Career" field in the list.

As part of the career module, the Administrator provides, among others: the following information regarding:
– job position names (e.g. Automation Engineer, Key Account Manager – Foreign Sales);
– description of the main tasks at a given job position;
– candidate profile;
– the Owners' offer addressed to a potential employee.

As part of the career module, it is not possible to apply directly for a given position offered within this module. In order to send the appropriate application documents, the candidate is obliged to act in accordance with the procedure indicated in the given job offer or in accordance with the information obtained from the Administrator, which can be obtained by contacting us via the methods indicated in these Rules.

4. Announcements - a module through which the Administrator publishes important information from the point of view of Sklejka Orzechowo Spółka Akcyjna.

As part of this module, the Owner publishes in particular issues related to requests for proposals and tenders.
STATUTORY RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
In order to fulfill the information obligations, the owner indicates that the consumer, pursuant to Art. 27 of the Act on Consumer Rights, the consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Notwithstanding the above, the Owner informs that, via www.sklejkaorzechowo.pl, it does not conclude any contracts with consumers under which consumers would be obliged to provide services other than providing personal data processed by the entrepreneur solely for the purpose of performing the contract (using the contact form) or statutory obligation.
Consumers may resign from using the Website and electronic services at any time and without incurring costs. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the user should inform the Owner of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement. To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract expires. A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act.
The above provisions relating to the consumer also apply to a natural person for whom the conclusion of a contract is directly related to his/her business activity, when the circumstances indicate that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available pursuant to the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business.
